Calculation has now designed their own user guides for QuickBooks users to utilise by either having them as a reference or by working through them as a way of self teaching. The first user guide is called Set up QuickBooks Accounts which helps you to create your own company file, and gives all the help that you need to set up all the company details. The second user guide is called Working With Accounts which helps you to manage your company file, and instructions to work your way around accounts receivable and accounts payable. The third user guide is called Working With Payroll which helps you to manage your payroll in QuickBooks, with examples of pay runs and setting up employees. Calculation is in the process of creating user guides for other Reckon products such as PayrollPremier, Point of Sale and Reckon Personal Plus. Each user guide is priced at $45, however if you attend any one of the Reckon courses at Calculation (either Bentleigh East, Richmond or Regional) you can purchase the three user guides for a special price of $110.
